By preferring this petition, the petitioner has claimed that the respondent has not acted as per the notice dated 30/04/2024 and he is wilfully committed contempt and sought the relief from this Court. 2.

During the pendency of this petition, learned Counsel for the petitioner filed on record some documents i.e. Hindu Marriage Petition and Solemn Affirmation and Verification wherein the signature of the respondent is required.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the settlement he was under obligation to sign those documents but he has not turned towards the Court, and therefore, this contempt petition is filed. 4.

In response to the notice, the Contemnor has filed the reply. Today he shown his willingness to accompany the learned Counsel of the petitioner and sign the relevant documents and cooperate with the learned

The parties to appear before the Family Court on 05/09/2024 at 11.00 a.m. for taking appropriate steps to file this petition and to comply with the necessary compliance.
