Mr. N.S. Autkar, learned Assistant Government Pleader, has placed on record the communication issued by the State Government on 5.1.2025 reporting the compliance of the order dated 26.10.2023. 2.

The said communication deals with the request of the petitioner of removal of words "permanent no grants-in-aid" while granting permission in favour of the members of the petitioners who are running senior colleges.

In view of said communication, the contempt is purged. Same stands disposed of.
