In view of the order dated 26.05.2023 by the Respondent No.2 (page 15), there is no contempt as of today, as it is informed that the representation of the Petitioner was referred to Railway Board regarding Restructuring of Driver cadre and in turn the Railway Board has communicated that the cadre Restructuring of Driver cadre is in active consideration of Railway Board. As such, there is no contempt.
