After going through the contents of the present contempt petition and the order dated 10.08.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4612/2019 it reveals that the respondent herein has not committed contempt under Section 11 and 12 of The Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the petition. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
