The order dated 20/02/2024 passed in Writ Petition No.2729 of 2017, merely directs the respondents to determine the salary of the petitioner, considering her past services as an Assistant Teacher in the Secondary School run by the Management, upon which the entitlement of consequential benefits was to depend. This was to be done within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. In spite of a passage of a more than eight months, nothing has been done. At the request of Mr.Damle, learned AGP for the respondents, we adjourn the matter to 13/01/2025, on KHUNTE

CIVIL APPLN. (N) NO.120 OF 2024 The present application for deletion of the respondent No.1 is granted at the risk of the petitioner. The application stands disposed of.
