DATED : 10.04.2026 Vide order dated 25.03.2026 we had observed as under :
"1. Mr. S.V. Narale, learned AGP appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 4, places across the Bench a communication dated 24.03.2026 signed by the Director of Education, in which administrative sanction has been granted. He, therefore, submits on instructions that the entire amount as directed would be deposited within eight working days. 2.
In that view of the matter, stand over to 10.04.2026 to report the compliance."

Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader tenders across the Bench a copy of the communication
(2) 938 cp 191-2024 received by the office of the Government Pleader dated 07.04.2026, according to which the amount of Rs.26,89,211/- has been credited to the account of the petitioner. The communication dated 07.04.2026 is taken on record and marked as Exh. 'X' for identification. 3.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this position.

In view of that, the contempt is purged, and the contempt petition stands disposed of.
