The communication dated 28/08/2023 (pg.8) placed on record indicates that the approval for release of the amount was received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader in respect of Writ Petition No.1795/2023 and not in respect of Writ Petition No.1794/2023, however, recording the same in reference to Writ Petition No.1794/2023, the same was disposed of by the order dated 28/08/2023, which is sought to be reviewed.

This appears to be an inadvertent mistake, in view of which, the order dated 28/08/2023 passed in Writ Petition No.1794/2023 is recalled and the petition be listed for admission.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
