He submits that he has sent the proposal for payment of arrears of salary of the petitioner for the period from September-2022 to May2023 to the Deputy Director for approval, which may be done in about two months period. He further submits that as soon as the proposal is approved, the payment will be made to the petitioner.

Considering the above submission and the order of the School Tribunal, nothing survives in the petition. Hence, the petition is disposed of accordingly. The respondents are discharged.
