DATED : 09-09 -2024 The School Tribunal, Amravati on 19-4-2021 in Appeal No. 28/2018 has passed following order. "(1) The promotion order dated 01.01.2017 promoting respondent No. 4 as HM is quashed and set aside;

(2) The respondent Management shall promote the appellant as HM from 01.01.2017; necessary order to this effect be passed within 40 days from today;

(3) Respondent No. 1, 2 and 4 shall pay all salary and other emoluments difference/arrear from 01.01.2017 till actual date of promotion to the appellant within 3 (three) months from today;

(4) If the arrear/difference is not paid within said time, respondent No. 3 office shall deduct the entitled amount from the grant due and payable to the respondent Management and shall pay that amount to the appellant vide section 11(3) of the Act;

(5) The parties shall bear their own costs.

(6) Copy of this order be sent to the Education Officer for information and necessary action."

Issue notice why contempt jurisdiction should not be invoked against the respondents, made returnable in three weeks.
