The learned Counsel for Non-applicant submits that before filing Contempt Petition, the Non-applicants have filed review petition against the order under question and the same is pending decision.

When enquired, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has received notice in the review petition, but subsequent to filing present Application. 4.

The Applicant has, however, made no attempt to amend the Contempt Petition to disclose the subsequent events.

At this stage, learned Counsel for Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the Contempt Petition with liberty to file afresh once the review petition is decided. Permission granted. 6.

Contempt Petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

In view of disposal of Contempt Petition, pending Civil Application (CAN) No.102/2024 does not survive. The same stands disposed of accordingly.
