While deciding Writ Petition No.3182/2012, this Court has declared that the petitioner shall be entitled to other consequential reliefs which are to be extended to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The respondent herein appears to have acknowledged the same as could be inferred from the communication dated 24.07.2023 issued by the respondent Chief Officer.

However, till this date, we are informed that the order is not complied with in its true letter and spirit. The petitioner is a senior citizen.
