The contention is that, inspite of interim order, dated 09/082024 passed by the School Tribunal, Amravati staying the order of demotion of the petitioner, the Education Officer-respondent No.2 approved the proposal of the Management appointing Ms. Rita Baghel as In-charge Headmistress with direction to the petitioner to handover the charge to her, which amounts to contempt of the order of the School Tribunal.
