Mr. N.S. Deshpande, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, submitted that he inadvertently could not file Vakalatnama and reply in time; therefore, the bailable warrant was issued against the respondents. Hence, the applicant has moved this application to cancel the bailable warrant. He also contended that the reply has already been filed along with this application.

Considering the reasons stated in paragraphs No.1 and 2 of the application, the civil application is allowed as prayed.

Office to verify whether the bailable warrant was issued and served or not on respondent No.2, and submit the report.

The learned Deputy Solicitor General of India has also submitted that they have returned the petitioner's pension proposal to respondent No.2 to rectify the discrepancy in the proposal; however, the same has not been returned from respondent No.2 until this date. The statement is accepted. 4.
