1.

Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati and Deputy Director of Education, Amravati has chosen not to appear and file an affidavit. This could have been deemed as a serious default on their part. However, on an assurance given by the learned AGP Ms. Kalyani Marpakwar, we deem it appropriate to grant two weeks time by way of last chance to the said respondents to file their affidavit-in-reply. 2.

In the affidavit of the respondent No.2, it is stated that it is for the Deputy Director of Education to condone the break in service which he has failed to condone. The same be dealt with in the affidavit.
