The petitioner is alleging contempt of order passed by the School Tribunal, Chandrapur. This order has attained finality on 10.06.2024, when the writ petition challenging the said order came to be dismissed. The School Tribunal, Chandrapur, had directed the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to pay full back-wages within one month from the date of order.

Since, the order has attained finality on 10.06.2024, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 ought to have released full back-wages by 10.07.2024. Having not done so, prima facie, it appears that the order passed by the School Tribunal has been flouted by the respondents. However, whether the same was disobeyed willfully or not will have to be ascertained.

Issue notice to respondents made returnable within three weeks.
