DATED : 27-02-2025 Heard learned Counsel Mr. Jambhule for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks punishment of the respondent under the Contempt of Courts for willful disobedience of order of this Court dated 12.12.2022 in Writ Petition No. 6975/2022 which directed the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order. Though there is delay, the Committee has decided the claim of the petitioner by the decision dated 21.1.2025 which has already been questioned in this Court by the petitioner. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to issue notice in the petition. The same is rejected.
