This Court, on 12th March, 2025, issued notice to the respondent on the basis of the contention of the petitioner that the respondent has not complied with the order dated 3rd May, 2024, passed in Writ Petition No.4790/2018.

The office note shows that the respondent is duly served with the notice of this Court. The present contempt petition was listed on 1st October, 2025, and it was adjourned to 15th October, 2025 i.e. today. However, even today, the respondent has neither appeared before this Court nor engaged a counsel to represent him in the present contempt petition. 3.

In view of the above, issue bailable warrant against the respondent in the sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand only), returnable on 7th November, 2025.
