Since, it is coming up for the first time, issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on February 17, 2025, under the caption, "Post Notice Matters". The Petitioner is granted liberty to effect private service by all permissible modes including by electronic means, and to file a service affidavit, with tangible evidence of service, on or before the next date. 3.

To come up along with Arbitration Petition (St.) No. 35548 of 2024 filed under Section 9 of the Act in connection with the same disputes and differences between the parties.
