By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated March 27, 2025, to correct errors. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed. 2.

In paragraph No. 1 of the Order, the words "in June 2020 - no specific date is seen" be replaced with the words, "on December 30, 2010."

It is clarified that a copy of this order shall be communicated to the Learned Sole Arbitrator by the Advocates for the Petitioner within a period of one week from the date of upload of the corrected order on the website of this Court.

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. 5.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
