This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on October 10, 2024.

Since the parties have, by consent, substituted the arbitrator, it would be appropriate not to hold up this Petition any further. The mandate of the arbitral tribunal is hereby extended by six months from today as jointly sought by the parties.

In these circumstances, taking into account the stage at which the Arbitral proceedings are placed, this Petition is finally disposed of Digitally signed by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:
