This is an Application under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on April 2, 2024. 2.

It is seen from an order passed by a Learned Single Judge of this Court on May 9, 2024 that the parties had submitted that they have agreed on Consent Terms, which should be presented to the Arbitrator for passing of a consent award.

In these circumstances, the mandate of the arbitrator is extended by a period of one month from today, i.e., until April 3, 2025. 4.

Finally disposed of.
