1] The Petitioner seek substitution of the Arbitrator since it is pleaded that the Sole Arbitrator has withdrawn from the proceedings and informed the claimant, that he had preferred a representation to the High Court i.e. Registrar, Judicial for discharging him as an Arbitrator. It is on the basis of the aforesaid communication, the learned counsel seek substitution of the Arbitrator.
