The present Petition is filed under Section 11 of the the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. The disputes and difference between the parties arise out of a Joint Venture Agreement dated 16 th March, 2020 which contains an arbitration clause. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has today submitted that the settlement talks between the parties have failed and thus need to press the present Petition as urgent. The record shows that this Court has on several occasions granted time on the ground of settlement. It is found that the Respondent had always found unrepresented.
