:Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that parties have entered into Consent Terms, by which they have resolved their disputes and differences. However, she seeks time of four weeks since the modalities under the Consent Terms which would require the transfer of a License of the Petrol Pump in question will take some time.
