Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that it was only last night the Petitioner has received the Consent Terms from the Respondent through email. She submits that the Consent Terms are acceptable to the Petitioner. Respondent is not present. She submits that a dispute between the parties is also pending before the Panvel Court and is due for listing on 29th August 2024. Hence, she requests that this matter be taken after 29th August 2024.
