This is an application filed for substitution of the Arbitrator, who came to be appointed vide an order dated 10 th August, 2022.

Today, parties seek substitution of the Arbitrator on the ground that the Arbitrator has not complied with the mandate. 3.

Without getting into the controversy. since the application is by consent of the parties, I deem it fit and in the interest of justice to appoint Mr. S. R. Sathe, Former Judge of this Court to act as Sole Arbitrator in respect of the disputes and differences between the parties on the same terms. Details of Mr. S. R.
