By a letter dated February 15, 2025, the Learned Arbitrator appointed by a Learned Single Judge of this Court on November 12, 2024 has recused from the matter. It is seen that among others, the objections raised by the Respondents against the Arbitrator was that the Arbitrator did not have an engineering background.

In these circumstances, the Petitioner has given a list of two names, both of whom are from a public sector/government employees with an engineering background as substitute arbitrators. In these circumstances, the arbitrator is hereby substituted in the following terms : 3.

Shri S.R. Tambe (Ex-Secretary, Government of Maharashtra), is hereby appointed as the substituted Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and April 7, 2025 Shraddha ** Corrected as per Order dated May 7, 2025.
