Learned Counsel for the Respondents points out that as per the relevant provisions, the Arbitrator will not be charging fees. It is thus he requests that paragraph 4(h) of the said order be replaced with the following words: "Arbitration fees shall be governed by the applicable provisions to the parties to the dispute."
