Learned Counsel for the Petitioner points out that the order omits to mention the time period for commencement of the mandate for the Arbitrator appointed under the order would start afresh. There is no opposition. Thus, it is clarified that the mandate of the Tribunal shall commence from the date of passing of the said Order.
