The circulation was granted pursuant to an application made was Learned Counsel for the Petitioners informed that the arbitration by SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE Date: 2024.12.03 11:13:15 +0530 clause provides for three Arbitrators. However, the order 25th November 2024 refers to Smt Justice RP Sondurbaldota, Former Judge of this Court as the Sole Arbitrator. He thus requests that the order be clarified/corrected in view of what has been submitted. 2.

In view of this, in the order dated 25th November 2024 delete the words "Sole Arbitrator" and replace these with "nominee Arbitrator". 3.
