When the matter was called, Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 sought time and requested the matter be placed on Friday i.e. 29 th November, 2024. Since the dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent was a partnership dispute, he sought time to take instructions as to whether an Arbitrator could be appointed by consent.
