By way of a praecipe, a joint request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated June 19, 2025, to change the name of the arbitrator since the arbitrator is not a resident of Pune. It is for the parties to decide who the arbitrator should be but there is no consensus on the identity and yet they agree that the arbitrator should be from Pune. The matter was reviewed in Chamber and this order is passed. 2.

Sub Paragraph (A) of Paragraph No. 5 of the said order needs to be replaced with the following:- A.

Justice (Retd.) D.G. Karnik, a former Judge of this Court is hereby appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties arising out of and in connection with the Agreement referred to above; July 2, 2025 Purti Parab
