By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated March 26, 2025, to change name of the arbitrator in view of the seat and venue being Pune. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed. 2.

In paragraph 5 clause (a) of the said order, the details of the arbitrator "Mr. Ryan D'Souza, a Learned Advocate of this Court" shall be changed and read as "Indian Law Society's Centre for Arbitration and Mediation, Pune (https://ilsca.co.in)."

order be read as under:- a) The disputes and differences covered by this Application is hereby referred to the Indian Law Society's Centre for Arbitration and Mediation, Pune (https://ilsca.co.in), in terms of its Institutional Arbitration Rules, to appoint an appropriate arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties arising out of and in connection with the Agreement referred to above; b) A copy of this Order will be communicated to the Indian Law Society's Centre for Arbitration and Mediation, Pune by the Advocates for the Applicant within a period of one week from the date on which this order is uploaded on the website of this Court. The Applicant shall provide the contact and communication particulars of the parties to the Centre along with a copy of this Order;

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. The praecipe stands disposed of accordingly.
