This is a Petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act").

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that another arbitration dealing with disputes and differences between the very same parties underlying another agreement is underway, and the parties are well represented before that arbitrator. However, evidently, private notice served by the Petitioner has been refused by the Respondents.

In these circumstances, Registry is directed to issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on January 30, 2025.
