After the matter was heard for some time, Mr. Bhandarkar, learned Advocate for the original plaintiff/respondent No.1 on instructions, makes a statement that respondent No.1/plaintiff will not press prayer Clause-1 in Special Civil Suit No.608 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur.

Mr. Haq, learned Advocate for the revision petitioner/original defendant No.1, states that in view of the statement made, he does not wish to pursue the revision further.

Revision is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 4.
