This revision application challenges the order dated 19/12/2023 passed below Exh.11 in R.C.S. No.66/2022, thereby rejecting the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the applicant.

02] The contention is that the suit has been filed after 35 years from the date of execution of the sale-deed in favour of the applicant and, hence, it is barred by law of limitation. 03] Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable within two weeks.

04] Prayer for grant of interim relief will be considered on the returnable date.
