The learned Advocate General make a categorical statement that, as committed before this Court on 08.07.2025, the demolition is in progress so as to restore the paddy field. He would also submit that though an attempt was made to level the field, it could not be done on account of heavy rain, but he assure that this exercise shall be completed on or before 30.09.2025.

Recording the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the Deputy Collector and SDO, Mapusa, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the contempt petition.
