Heard learned counsel for the Appellant, who submits that pursuant to order of this Court dated 23 January 2024, the Appellant has already deposited the installments and the Court at Pune, hearing the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has passed stay order. He submits that in view of this development, nothing remains in the present appeal and has become infructuous.
