Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that all disputes and differences between them stand settled in terms of the Consent Terms. Towards this end, they have executed Consent Terms dated dated January 30, 2026, a copy of which is tendered in the Court, and is marked "X" for identification, and taken on record. 2.

The parties were referred to mediation. With the intervention of the mediator, the parties have resolved their disputes and differences. ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI The mediation having been successful, the parties have formally signed ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI Date: 2026.02.02 12:25:30 +0530 Consent Terms before the mediator as well. The Consent Terms record that a principal amount of Rs.4,73,498/- is being paid to the Appellant January 30, 2026 Ashwini Vallakati

902-ARA-6-2025.doc by the Respondent in full and final settlement of all disputes. Receipt of the Demand Draft towards the side amount is also acknowledged by the parties.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that there is nothing in this Consent Terms that is contrary in law. Consequently, undertakings contained in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to the Court.

In these circumstances, with a recording of appreciation for the mediator, this Petition is finally disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms dated January 30, 2026.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
