1. Mr. H.D. Naik learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that as per the last order passed by this Court, all the applicants on their own demolished the illegal structures. Mr. Kapre appearing for the CCP, disputes the statement and claims that though three structures are demolished, one structure is partly demolished.
2. Mr. Karpe appearing for the CCP and Mr. Nigel appearing for the Petitioner in the contempt petition submit that the report is required to be placed before this Court after conducting the necessary inspection.
3. Mr. Kapre submits that the officials of CCP will conduct an inspection within two weeks and that too, in the presence of the owners or their representatives so as to confirm the contentions raised by the Applicants regarding the demolition of all structures.
4. Let an inspection be carried out in the presence of the owners.
5. The CCP shall place the report within a period of two weeks.
6. Stand over to 22.08.2024.
