1. As per the order passed on 07.08.2024, the authorities of CCP inspected the site on 21.08.2024, and accordingly, a copy of the report is placed on record.
2. The said report would go to show that the structure of Mr. Gopal Krishna Bhongle is partly demolished whereas the remaining part is yet to be demolished.
3. Mr. H.D. Naik learned counsel appearing for Mr. Gopal Krishna Bhongle now submits that the remaining portion will be demolished within two days.
4. He requests that the matter be placed next week so that necessary statement could be made regarding the demolition of the remaining
part.
5. Along with the report, a requisition is made by the CCP for the demolition squad to be summoned on 23.08.2024 to demolish the remaining portion. It is submitted that the squad will be made available tomorrow i.e. on 23.08.2024 for the purpose of carrying out demolition of the remaining structure.
6. Accordingly, the report is accepted and marked 'X' for identification.
7. The matter is now posted on 05.09.2024 for further compliance. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
