The Respondent has today filed an affidavit tendering a Demand Draft No.199506 dated 15.12.2025 for the amount of Rs 50,321/- to the Petitioner, in compliance with this Court's order of 04.12.2025. The Petitioner has received the Demand Draft. Considering the contents of the order of 04.12.2025, the learned Advocate for the Contempt Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

2. This is without prejudice to the Petitioner's contention that he would seek redress of his dispute before the appropriate Court.

3. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
