Today, heard Mr Khandeparkar, who has concluded his arguments. Since the dispute really is between the heirs of partners who had close relationship, it was put to the Learned Counsel as to whether this issue can be amicably resolved, the Learned Counsel requested time to take the necessary instructions from their respective clients.
