This Petition has been filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") assailing two concurrent findings. The original award passed by the MSME Facilitation Council came to be upheld by the District Court, Thane under Section 34 of the Act. The amount involved in this challenge is less than Rs.5 Lakhs. 2.

It would be in the fitness of things for each party to submit the costs incurred in this litigation till date starting with the MSME proceedings until now.
