1. For the reasons stated in the Civil Revision Application No. 31 of 2024, delay is condoned. All office objections in Civil Revision Application No. 31 of 2024 stand waived. The main reason for not clearing the office objections was that the objections were raised on 13.03.2020, immediately after which the Covid-19 pandemic was declared. The reason appears to be genuine, and accordingly, the order dated 29.04.2022 is quashed and set aside. The Applicants shall now clear all office objections in STM No. 780/2020(F) within a period of two weeks.

2. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Application No. 31 of 2024 stands disposed of.
