1. The learned Advocate for the Revisional Applicants have placed on record the order dated 29.04.2025, passed by the Trial Court in Rent Case No. 5/2023/C, which has closed the proceedings from which the present Revision Application arises. In this view of the matter, the Civil Revision Application is rendered infructuous.

2. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Applicant that the order dated 29.04.2025, which closed the Rent proceedings is now being assailed in Writ Petition No. 124/2026 before this Court. He submits that if the Petitioner therein succeed, he has no means in agitating the grounds taken in the Appeal.

3. In this view of the matter, the Civil Revision Application stands 16th April, 2026

7 CRA 42 2024 dismissed as infructuous; considering that Writ Petition No. 124/2026 is pending, leave is granted to the Petitioner herein to revive this application in the event that Writ Petition No. 124/2026 is allowed. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
