By this application, respondent no.1 is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellants-Insurance Company.

The appeal has been withdrawn before the LokAdalat held on 22.03.2025. Out of decretal amount, Rs.10,00,000/- [Rs. Ten Lakhs] be invested in Fixed Deposit for a term of three years in the name of respondent no.1/original claimant in a nationalized bank where he is maintaining his savings account.

Remaining decretal amount alongwith accrued interest be paid to respondent no.1/original claimant. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
