It is agreed that, out of compensation amount of Rs. 5, 76, 359/-, the amount of Rs. 3,81,359/- with accrued interest be paid to the claimant/respondent no. 1 and remaining amount of Rs. 1,95,000/- with accrued interest be paid to the appellant Insurance Company. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as settled. Court fee, if any, be refunded as per Rules.
