Learned counsel for the appellant is present. He has tendered a withdrawal pursis and Form "N". It is submitted that the parties have settled the dispute before the District Judge-2, Wardha, in Darkhast No.38/2023. A copy of the said order is annexed with compromise pursis. The appellant does not want to proceed with this appeal.

In view of the compromise pursis tendered before District Judge2, Wardha, in Darkhast No. 38/2023, the first appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
