The matter is taken up in Lok-adalat.

The Insurance Company has deposited total amount of Rs.13,84,908/- along with mandatory deposit of Rs.25,000/-.

3.

The matter has been amicably settled.

4.

The original claimants/respondents have agreed to accept Rs.8,25,000/- with accrued interest towards full and final settlement from deposited amount by the Insurance Company.

5.

The balance amount with accrued interest thereon be refunded to the Insurance Company.

6.

Court Fee be refunded as per rules.

7.
